Atelier Piada - Piadineria italiana in Boblingen

Absolutely worth a recommendation! First of all, we are not talking about a standard restaurateur in the sense of a restaurant. I also find the term “atelier” applicable to gastronomy to be applicable here. Locality is more like a BISTRO. Visually and in terms of the furnishings, very beautiful and absolutely inviting. The toilets were super clean (before lockdown). Service and the staff working there are really great and just as friendly and courteous as the owner himself! Authentic all times. The dishes on offer are great and, above all, freshly prepared. On my first visit, I was able to see live how vegetables and lake piada dough were prepared. My favorite is the PIADA BUFALA! The hammer, but be careful, as the liquid from the buffalo mozzarella collects in the packaging after preparation and runs out if you are not careful! A big PLUS is the ability to criticize and the resulting implementation / improvement! As an example, I can name the pepper strips and mushrooms. The strips were too long at the beginning, were changed immediately and halved again. The mushrooms were quieter so that they were pretty neutral in taste! Now these are fresh whole, cut and briefly seared! Awesome and worlds in terms of taste! What I also noticed is that there are also special lunch offers and menus for students but also for all other customers. Furthermore delivery service but also available in Rewe (dessert) CONCLUSION: Great concept, high-quality products and, above all, everything is "homemade". Service super friendly and authentic. Extremely susceptible to criticism, including improvements based on constructive criticism. Definitely one or more;) Worth a visit!

Super piadas with buffalo mozarella

The restaurant is elegant and cared for in every detail, the staff is trained, polite and friendly. The Piade are exceptional and the tiramisu is simply fabulous, with authentic ingredients from Italian cuisine. I am Italian, I have lived in Germany for three years and only here have I found the flavors and emotions of home. Excellent value for money: highly recommended!

I ordered a buffalo piada with Parma ham and buffalo mozzarella. First choice ingredients recognizable immediately by the smell and their unmistakable flavor. Finally a piadineria in total Italian style. If you are near Böblingen and want to try the typical Italian flavors, I highly recommend you come in and try one of these delicious piade.

After 60km of road between traffic interruptions we arrived almost closing but it was worth it in every sense especially the tasting one, piada to say the least extraordinary owner very kind and also very nice, I would also do 100km for the atelier piada ... TOP AAA +++ we will see you soon 😉

Forgive me for interfering, but I was there the day Mr. Mulas ordered piadinas along with some ice cream if I remember correctly. Everything was very good, but the piadinas were not the ones we ordered, we asked for the big ones for € 10 and we got small ones, I know because we went to the Piada studio this year before this whole problem happened to Corona. They say that the sizes have not changed since November 2017, so everything must have been a mistake, we are all human and we can all be wrong. What can not be is that you simply ignore such a mistake and still have the audacity to say that we do not know the size of your menu. No matter how much you answer again, it's not about the money, it's about not being honest.

Sie sagten uns, dass es keinen Fehler gab, dass sie sie vielleicht vorher größer gemacht hatten und dass dies die großen Piadinas waren. Ich weiß nicht, was passiert ist, aber ich glaube nicht mehr an die Ehrlichkeit dieses Geschäfts und ich fühle mich betrogen. Very satisfied after the first order. But then the second order came. Simply a disappointment. My piada was completely soaked a shame that you can not post pictures. Could only throw it away because it was disgustingly mushy. My husband (Italian) ordered a pizza where he first had to pour the liquid and then tried the totally mushy pizza and also disposed of it. A lot of money for the ton. Too bad very bad.

To the best of my knowledge, this is the only place in the region which offers Piadina Romagnola. Piadina is in fact street food, but don't be fooled by this description because it's delicious. The ingredients are best quality and each dish is a wonderful match for every taste. You find a lot of Italian specialities like prosciutto di Parma and homemade tiramisù! If you are vegetarian you won't remain hungry either;) You have to get some real Italian coffee, they have an espresso machine!

Very minimalistic menu with extra delicious meals

This place is simply amazing! If you are looking for an authentic Italian Piadina experience look no further than the Atelier. They have got the best piadinas I have ever tried. Each bite I took reminded me of the time I used to live in Italy. I discovered this place almost by chance, but it is now a place where I go regularly and it never lets me down. Oh yeah, desserts are also locally made and equally amazing. As you walk in, you can tell at a glance that this is far beyond the average fast food place. It has a classy vibe and yet it manages to be welcoming and to make you feel "at home". Simply awesome!

Nice authentic Italian imbiss. A pita 🥙 sandwich freshly rolled and toasted in front of the customer is always a nice sign. Very flexible with ingredients upon special requests. Pita with grilled vegetables, along with homemade Tiramisu/ blueberries cream and a drink @ 8 Euro is a super good deal and is worth every penny. The ambience is also really good
